We don't believe that because we are an external resource that we are in some way smarter than our clients. We simply augment our clients' experience, wisdom and management techniques by bringing in a different perspective and a refined set of Idea Mobilization tools and processes.
We make sure our clients can use our management technology without us. So, we provide methods that can be easily mastered and supplement this skill transfer with "shadow consulting". It gives our clients control over the resources needed and the desired outcomes.
